Geotechnical investigations first, Construction second
The investigation belongs at the front of the programme, not squeezed in beside it. A classification issued early gives the builder time to design the footings, price the slab and sequence the excavation before the dates lock in, and gives the client the chance to act on what's in the ground before it costs them later. Fourteen years in geotechnics, backed by a working history in construction, means the recommendations are written to be used on site, not just filed with the approval.
